Ledo Pizza

So they mixed up my order, and I called them as soon as I realized my order wasn't correct. They sent the driver back with my correct order very quickly, let me keep the incorrect order, and gave me an extra brownie. Best customer service ever, and they were all really cool about the whole situation. I don't know that driver's name, but he's was cool and I hope his manager knows that even though he mixed it up he totally redeemed himself with how he handled the situation, good job driver guy.

I was embarrassed having had driven to the wrong Ledo's but, the servers there reassured me that it that happened many times. We had a laugh and I would gladly mistakenly order from the wrong Ledo's again, if it leads me to this one.

My opinion on pizza has been forever changed. When you open the box, you are bathed in light similar to that which emits from the Ark of the Covenant. When you taste it, you know the truth.

First time ordering delivery - my food was immediately prepared, my driver was on the way within 20 min and my order was delivered neatly and HOT! I have not one complaint! Thanks guys!

I needed a bunch of pizzas last minute, and Ledo really delivered! They also helped us with all of our plate and napkin needs. And the pizza was delicious too!

We literally just moved to Richmond today and ordered pizza to ease into unpacking. This place rocked. Good Sweet Baby Ray's wings (next time I'll try something with a bit of a kick though), and terrific Rossi Verde (sp?) pizza. Looking forward to checking out their other stuff.
